What can be done about migraines caused by changes in temperature?
At work I am on the go moving from place to place and some rooms are air conditioned and some are really warm. This brings on minor, but daily migraines for me.
What could possibly be done to help this problem?

Its good that you have found out your triggers. However it might not only be a room temp issue. I have been dealing with sever migraines forever! I have been to diaticians, allergists, nuerologists, and much much more of never ending specialists. The most help I have gotten was from my Nuorologist. You should considering seeking care for your headaches via them. Explain what you notice, they will also ask you to keep a daily log, foods you eat, scents you smell, when you eat, when you smell the scents, pretty much anything and everything you will log onto paper. They will review your daily routines and help customize a treatment that best suits yor needs. They will also prescribe a medication to help prevent your migrains. As well as a pain reducer for when you get the onset of a migraine. If your pain is truely a migraine no over the counter product is going to kick it because your brain is not processing chemicals and it needs something available only via a prescription to reset it.

so ok …i get migraine headaches abt twice a week and it lasts for the whole day. So i was wondering if there is any treatment for it or if there is something anyone of u know tht causes the headache and somthing tht is better for the headache? …any suggestions?
I’m a nurse. Topamax is a medication that has helped many people with migraines. You would need to see a doctor for a prescription. You can also try the many OTC meds and see if it helps you at all. Take care.

Santamaria has been used by several of my friends and most have been a reduction in their headaches. You can buy at any store that sells herbs, including Wal-Mart bearing, so there is no need to find a grocery store. Start taking one capsule three times daily for at least a month. If you do not have headaches in this time, try to reduce to two capsules per day, then after a month will be reduced to one per day. If at any time you have a headache, back to the dose Prior will be the maintenance dose. Most seem to need three a day, but several have done so more than two per day. I'm not aware of any side effects I think it is dangerous. He had an ocular migraine November Januaray and 20 July. I read online that has to do with your eyes. What is true for me because every time I had left eye has a blind spot there. But he also said not to have ocular migraine headaches. But no doubt … It was horrible! Can you tell me more about headaches and what I can do to avoid them? Thanks! Does the flash fire after the disappearance of the blind spot? If you do, then you do not have ocular migraines, but migraines with aura. I can get, and really sucks. I can take Advil about 3 minutes my eyes are funny, and that usually helps the pain head. Sometimes only pain I have the aura without head. The first time it happened, I thought I had a shot! From the time of the blind spot in my vision (it's someones Usually in the center, as if seeing the face, I see the nose) at the end of the vision problems, usually takes 20 to 30 minutes. But after the blind spot in my view, have white lights on the corner of my vision, my vision is very distorted, and sometimes I have tunnel vision. I was the doctor about this, and told me I was beautiful, classic migraine aura symptoms. To date, even knowing what they are and I know it will pass, they freak out. I do not know them warn that have not been able to prevent the mine. Mine are usually triggered by hormones, the receipt or the week before my period. Sometimes I have what I call a "Storm", which is a little over a week, then I will go for months without any. Without rhyme or reason to them. Migraines are vascular headaches, and many sometimes hereditary. Hope that helps
